ZooTampa at Lowry Park (formerly known as Lowry Park Zoo or Lowry Park Zoological Garden) is a 63-acre (25 ha) nonprofit zoo located in Tampa, Florida. Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park is a small family friendly zoo situated at 1101 W Sligh Ave in central Tampa, Florida, considered to be among the best public parks and zoos in the state. It is a non-profit company which organizes a huge number of educational and entertainment programs for young children and teenagers, including zoo school, kid trips, etc. The number of animals is quite large (about 1300), with quite rare animals.
